Share price can absolutely double with toxic financing.

Happens alot in the OTCs...A straw man argument as is the one that toxic financing must mean Dominion.

I'm not going to go through all the filings right now, however I may later....

I am quite sure the financing through Sason's "Magna Equities II" is still active...

They just registered 53 million+ shares beginning of July.
