Front page in today's (2 August) Houston Chronicle ... Texas Attorney General indicted on felony charges stemming from involvement ... defrauding investors ... minimum 5 years ... read all about it.

Looks like even the attorney general isn't above the law.

It would be nice to think there have been no crimes committed, no fraudulent activity, in regards to our investment and there has just been one big misconception all around and every body goes home soon with a stock price of 50 cents and climbing ... I could live with that and close this chapter.
