So, if I'm understanding this right,
VRNG has a $65m market cap and the documents seem to suggest management views FRAND for ZTE alone at $817m... And they have now an incredibly strong case in SDNY to go with injunctions in Brazil and Romania and damages to be awarded and unappealable in UK and on on...
Even if one ascribes $0 value to their Google case, their cash on hand, and their other assets and IP portfolio, that's the backdrop for your suggestion to "to let the dust settle" ... as in wait for a better entry point???
