Petition? For real? lol!!! It looks like someone created a vehicle (catalyst event) to get more buyers to jump in to buy the stock to push the stock price higher so someone can flip for a bigger profit. Why would we need a petition to investigate on ZTE about the stock manipulation? Aren't many people expecting Kaplan to give a couple billions damage award to Vringo. I am still waiting for the very first check that Vringo will ever receive from either ZTE or big bad google...2016? 2017? As an investor, buying up (as the pps moving up) is very dangerous way to invest...I rather let the dust settle to jump in. JMHO as a non kool-aid drinking investing technique.
