He severed his "consultant" relationship to the company in order to avoid the "spotlight" and help protect his assets because of potential lawsuits against the company. By severing the overt ties and obfuscating his role, it makes it a little more difficult to enjoin him as a defendant. wink

He is STILL firmly in control through his Series B shares. Those shares give him COMPLETE CONTROL as he singlehandedly controls the shareholder vote. big smile
