If I follow this *reg sho* and colluding entities DD on PTOI to the bitter end, won't the PPS be at, or near, zero at that time?
The track record says it will be, and all the fluff about processor sales and $billion dollar valuations mean absolutely nothing.
An easy to DD 99% failure rate cannot be dismissed.

10,000 *t trade* ... utilized PM (pre mkt) ..

so 7.31.15 is telling % wise .. on a few fronts

20,000 went off @ *ask* .. (not marked) .. for 30.69% of 65,150 *total* volume .. ;)

note that + 30% *again* ..

then take what longs' *known* time stamps picked off .. % wise .. less the *20k @ 083* .. 17768/45150 = 39.35%

add in the *fact* that July 2015 >> has the lowest volume for PTOI >> since 2009

(i'll actually post out *volume* >> reported to Finra >> from April 2009 to June 2015 b4 EOD)

colluding entities' have less than squat left to either *BLOCK* .. or *orchestrate* .. and since they
*almost* lost 19c one year ago (8.14.14) .. based on 5 and 10 year permits issued to P2O by NYSDEC
but NEVER *noted* by P2O's mgmt .. it's gonna be revealing what comes to pass with next round

1M cert imo is *mostly* gone .. a few *reserves* left to try and *handle* (courtesy of that 200k and 140k reset)

and *so far* .. no appearance of that 12,500 ... tho' this certainly caught my attn :)

that is more like it when factoring in 7.20.15's mostly 50/50 *stat*
