Brecht Trucking INC. does not exist. It's LLC as I reported.
Also, there were Brecht Iowa state filings from other INACTIVE
companies. Nothing active in IOWA. They can run Iowa if they want.
Claiming location of business in Iowa should not be allowed without state filing.

They just happen to forget that Nortford LLP was NOT reported as wholly owned subsidiary of PTAH until today, darn just remembered.
So we should see a dissolution of the Iowa partnership. Nortford LLP.
