I'm not sure what you mean. Essentially, this phrase entitles Magna to a bonus of additional shares (i.e., MORE dilution) as a REWARD for dumping shares and crashing the stock price.

And no incentive for preserving stock price.

We have yet to "see" that the AIs were shrewd. And as we do not know who they are, it is difficult indeed to say ANYTHING about "why they are millionaires."
