I am glad one now understands the difference between toxic financing and a line of credit controlled by TRTC. IMHO this is another reason that after this S-1A was filed , three independent accredited investors gave 2 million dollars to TRTC at a rate of .1375 a share. At first everyone thought they paid too much.... but now we see they were very shrewd and thats why they are millionaires.
