They're not going to inform shareholders of the multiple used for the reverse split...

Additionally, they won't state if they have any plans on issuing new shares anytime soon.

Shareholders may receive an updated approximation on the NDA filing.

If shareholders are comfortable with compensating some for what amounts to attending a few presentations (Braeburn's doing the lion's share of the work) then one could easilt argue that the game is rigged.
