How is that possible at all? They didn't collect the $25,000 franchise fee? They didn't collect zero percentages of sales revenues from their franchisees?

None?

They did make concessions to the 4-5 franchisees then?

And distributing shares to all those anonymous people for "services" rendered. All that anonymity is scary. If those are the same people on the board - are they required to divulge if that is the case? Just wondering....

Someone is making money, just not shareholders.

They'd better be on the fast track for building that one Flagship Store.
