Back in Eagle Broadband days, Manny Cater was in default to Cubley= 3 card monte

Cubley sued him for default, got the assets for no cash, debt only back to Carter but agreed to keep paying Him and then they started this empty shell, raped every shareholder they can find.

They are trying to do the same thing all over again.....NOT GOING TO HAPPEN CRIMINALS.
