Hot Spurs, While your quote is valid. I think we need more at this point.

What we need is treasure, that's never changed and I don't have any worries with permits.

Let's review what I recall about sfrx. This is my opinion to this point.
1. SFRX gets a permit for Juno. Did they find Treasure? No.
Could there be a treasure wreck there? Maybe, anything is possible. However, I am of the opinion that the artifacts they found were just part of the treasure wreck at Jupiter Inlet that floated a mile north to sfrx's site.

2. Lantana wreck site. I never believed that was a treasure wreck and neither did Raider21 and other treasure salvage people that worked that site many years before sfrx. Doesn't mean that sfrx didn't need to check the site out.

3. Working through the winter months, when other treasure hunting companies lay off most of their crews because of weather. In my opinion that cost shareholders a lot of money. My opinion. Bad move.

4. Site #3. This is the first site that I think has treasure and is worth working. Artifacts point to an unfounded 1715 wreck. This wreck should have had a massive amount of treasure on it. Worth finding?
Yes, if found a home run in my opinion.

Issues, in my opinion.
1. Not updating the shareholders.

2. Does SFRX have an expert that can find the wreck? Yes, according to
Burt Webber, who I have the utmost respect for as an Expert.

3 Is there a problem with permits? Don't know. SFRX hasn't release that information.

4. Have negative posts caused the stock to go down and is it influencing investors. Yes. In my opinion. That is why the Defendant is going to Court in December.

5. Should SFRX open its Books as is repeatedly suggested by one or more people? No, the books have nothing to do with finding treasure.

In my opinion. SFRX has had several months to Mag and find more cannons and anchors. They haven't. Investors should know why.

Are these artifacts in another area within site #3 that sfrx is not allowed to survey yet?? That is the kind of information that SFRX needs to release before more investors sell their stock and more on.

Is HTQ causing problems with SFRX and the State of Florida??
That is information that I think sfrx needs to release to keep investors informed and not lose faith in sfrx. If HTQ isn't causing any problems?
Then SFRX should release that information.

The worst thing a publicly traded company can do is keep its investors in the dark for so long.

I personally think SFRX is on the Trail of a Treasure Wreck.

I'm getting tired of hearing that SFRX found wood. Follow the Trail and tell us that you are following a trail or tell us what the hold up is.

Should investors be influenced by people trying to drive the stock price down? In my opinion. No, The defendant is headed to court. Let the court
handle the lawsuit. I personally would ask Kyle for answers. I wouldn't publicly post negative opinions. Unless of course you want your stock price to go down even more and drive off future investors.

Just my opinions. Kyle should make some kind of public statement soon.

I do believe there is treasure wreck in or near site #3.
