So, court ruling before GSE portfolio winds down? Or not? Right now they're required to reduce portfolios by 15% per year. By 2018 they'll be only $250 bil from over 400 bil this year, according to a comment i saw at th717, that is. I don't recall exact portfolio sizes myself.

So will these GSEs be shrunken to nothing before a final court decision?
