Live in the Past, and pay the costs of WAR !
It is said, it costs the approximate of 9 - 15 Million Dollars to defend a Infringement Charge, so under guidance of legal counsel, is it safe to say at this point, that the recommendation to its client, is to utilize the funds to Sub-License the Patents and Pay the Royalties to Eyetalk365 and REVO ????
Rather than face damages at trial, being that there was a failure to invalidate the Patents...
Was it a wise decision????
An Injunction, should this have failed, may have led to a halt of sales, and Subscriber Services............
Could not have each of these infringement parties going back to their customers and having to say, we can no longer provide you services, as the tech belongs to REVO, and our technology cannot be upgraded to protect you.
