It has been slowly and steadily rising unlike just about all other OTB stocks. Therefore, someone indeed is slowly accumulating shares. Every so often the spurts of buying are evident followed by the low volume walk downs orchestrated by MM's in the know. Once they are satisfied with their holdings, they will run this hard before anyone has a chance to get on board. Could be next month or could be end of year but it is coming. And if Margrit is apart of it she will be opening the flood gates up updates. This is going to get very interesting by year end.
