It occurred to me that it would have made more sense to use the money they raised from shares to complete the merger, easier to get financing for a business that has revenue.

Please explain that as Neah can't sell shares into the retail market...only thru private placements or convertible debt...and there have been no share sale filings that would come close to the the money needed for the merger???

Please help save the earth. It's our only source of chocolate.
