How many shares have been naked shorted by the funders through Europe of the Caribbean banking centers?

Not just by the funders but by hedge funds who check through the SEC database daily looking for death spiral financing's knowing there will be a ton of stock coming out and they might as well go short because this movie ALWAYS ends the same way.
