Mills, they have been converting and selling shares for a long time... everyone knows this...... in fact, they keep telling you they are selling shares via their registration filings.....

No shortage of shares in this deal...... the float just keeps getting bigger and bigger and they continuously run out of money..... this plays like a broken record.....
