MJNA used to buy their RSHO CBD oil from CannaVest, and in fact one of the lawsuits was about who owned the RSHO trademark (CannaVest or MJNA). The recent settlement determined that MJNA would from now on hold that trademark.
So any question about the oil's quality in the ProjectCBD article was from when CannaVest was producing it for sale by MJNA.
I have no doubt that CannaVest is shipping a good product (I only question management's ability to grow the company and the market itself).
The real questions about MJNA now are:
1) Whose oil are they using since their falling-out with CannaVest?
2) The HempMeds website proudly states that their products are tested by Pro Verde Labs, but I can't find any actual test results of RSHO, Cibdex or Dixie Botanicals. Anybody know where MJNA is posting somewhat recent product test results?
