You are correct in saying this alternative fuel bill is worth something. It goes hand in hand with the VTEC credits. As I recall that credit was put in to give incentives for buyers of NatGas equipment and the additional tax was put in to make it a revenue neutral situation.

With this congress and president one never knows. I do know a cleaner environment is the end result which I like.

Littlefair has spoken positively for this reduction which indicates he thinks this is a giant step forward.
