There is a plausible scenario where ZTE will be bankrupt by this case
so now we know 817 million was the settlement offer by VRNG - this will likely now cost ZTE billions and Google may lose a MAJOR android distribution channel in USA if ZTE USA products face injunctions and are pulled from shelves.

- Freezing of all ZTE and Google investment accounts for investigation of short selling or trading VRNG stock
- 800 million + from ZTE just for licensing of sold products per FRAND
- Treble damages for willful misconduct
- Several billion for NDA violation
- Sanctions for Google and ZTE US based legal teams
- ZTE and Google US based lawyers disbarred and law firms fined
- Jail time and sanctions for ZTE and Google US based legal team
- Permanent injunctions in 8 countries once these judges see this evidence of corruption and attempts to circumvent the injunction using upstream suppliers
- Fines and sanctions for EACH NDA violation - ie each person that was shown NDA documents
- Fines and sanctions for sharing NDA document with Google legal team in China
