JRT, Thank you. If I can provide any assistance in nailing that SOB, it would give me great pleasure. I'm somewhat surprised that SE and associates are not pursuing some sort of "payback" also.
Do you think Lott is also culpable in this clusterf**K? Or is he a victim as well. He always seemed OK to me the two times I spoke with him.
IF PP violated his fiduciary responsibilities by misappropriating corporate funds & or converting corporate property to his own pocketbook, it seems as tho he would be criminally culpable. I'd love to see him in the crossbar hotel and someone else running the shell of whatever is left of this disaster.
