Only thing that makes sense is lower denoms IF there's a RV. Too much ambiguity... quite the norm IMO.

Anybody got a bank story? Anybody asking questions to create one? Closest I got was a pregnant pause and "Would you like to talk to an advisor?" I got interrupted by call waiting. Subsequent call netted me a "Sorry, we don't handle IQD's."

Still more open issues than closed ones. JMO. GLTA!
