The large bids are not programs .... they are under the market. But yes .... NITE was the buyer on the move up and continues best bid most of the time ...... and will step over a newly added best bid often. They are trying to make sure they have first crack at any sellers.

Dahl's concrete statements ...... history shows he will deliver on what he says ..... but never in the timeframe offered. We first have to hear a definitive contract has been signed ...... thus far ..... nada .....
