I too have been waiting for some hard legal facts on the SEC 8k on the offering.
This just adds to the skepticism investors have, and fairly and rightly so given similar posturing in the past.
Itg's, of course important information as it helps define the months of financial ability remaining before whatever will happen to Ocata.
Also, hard for an investor not to fairly say we're in a major downward price correction.
What amuses, but never ceases to amaze me, is the price share manipulation so often apparent on 4 pm closings. This, imo, is so easy to achieve by the hedgies given their shrewd timing and resources.
It all keeps the money game going and sure seems to present a false picture to the uninitiated.
