Till today, nearly 45 days since suspension, Ron Carter is demonstrating that he and the Garbage were in cahouts to destroy the share value. They purposely avoided filings and deliberately manipulated the financials to suit a purpose.

They could have achieved dignity if they had followed conventional accounting practices and been transparent.

Ron Carter chose to be in league with C. MacDougal and Garbage Ali and purposely manipulated the papers.

Given that they chose a crooked path, why did they not continue to file and meet the filing requirements even if they had mumbo jumbo.
