No, Peter is NOT and never was the "victim" here. He is still firmly in control. He's just severing and obfuscating the prominent, visible ties in case of legal action being taken against the company. He's trying to protect his ill gotten gains from the angry mob to come. wink

He STILL HOLDS 1,800,000 shares of Series B Preferred Stock. Each share of the Series B stock is assigned voting rights of 20.000. PV has 36 BILLION VOTES (not counting his common shares) compared to only 50,000,000 or less for everyone else. So YES, Peter controls the company because he can out vote ANYONE and EVERYONE! big smile
