Fresno City Council to Hold Additional Hearing on Solar3D/MD Energy Project on August 20, 2015

Santa Barbara, CA – July 30, 2015 – Solar3D, Inc. (Nasdaq: SLTD), a leading provider of solar power solutions and the developer of a proprietary high efficiency solar cell, today announced that the City of Fresno has decided to hold an additional hearing on the Fresno/Clovis Wastewater Reclamation Facility on August 20, 2015. Solar3D’s MD Energy subsidiary was recently awarded and executed a contract on a $10 million, 2-megawatt solar project, the final approval of which is subject to the city council’s vote.
