I think all it does is hurt the shareholders in the end, but you certainly have every right to follow through with seeking justice, or at the very least answers. I just don't see the SEC doing much, and since I'm essentially stuck with a lot of worthless shares, I hope that's the case.

I definitely wouldn't put it on the same level as SK**, but if you look into that, I think the SEC had some involvement there and shut the door. Same with some of the other so called "MJ" stocks.
