What are you talking about? The $1.220M that you reference is from money raised from May 1, 2015 to July 16, 2015 only. Then if you read further in that note, you'll see the company has $2.9M in cash currently.

Also, when a company does a clinical trial, they don't pay one big lump sum payment up front for the entire clinical trial. Instead, they pay as patients are added to the trial. So, I am sure they have more than enough cash on hand already to start 3 clinical trials later this year, but I'm also sure they'll be raising more cash.

This company had over 700 million shares outstanding, and since adding the ATM deal with Chardan, they've added very little relatively speaking and have accrued enough cash to get into the clinic to start 3 clinical trials and to conduct 3 preclinical studies with TD2. This money has come pretty cheap actually because the normal going rate to borrow that much money in this business is .50 on the dollar and warrants. This deal blows the other more toxic solutions out of the water, so unless someone has a money tree in their backyard and plan to use it to help pay for clinical trials, this is as good as it gets.
