It is likely that they need to clean and prepare the office before it is listed for lease. That cannabis odor is tough to remove. Remember, Ms. Thacker was supposedly hanging out in the office for 10 days taking care of "certs".

Seriously though, it is amusing to see the "manufacturing facility" floating around from Nevada to Michigan to Florida, and now supposedly in Texas. It is everywhere.....and nowhere....!

Same tomfoolery for the offices - from Peter's suite in Fort Lauderdale to a PO Box in Michigan.
