You are right about the first leg. That's the bio tech division. They seem to be making progress here. Thanks to Ogden, they have CS-TATI-1 in Trials with IGX.
They bought out an equine supplier a few months ago. If they play it right, I suspect there's real potential there too along the medical line. To date, however, what they are doing (if anything) and their long terms plans are unclear.
They are still working with Pisticalis and claim to have released products in CA recently, but nobody has seen them. Here the idea is to move product through Jimi Hendrix venues Pisticalis claims to be building. The products will be issued under the brand "Jimi's Cannabis Collection". I think this will prove a big waste of time and money for them, but that's JMHO.
Finally, there's the European operation. This is another one that hasn't shown a lick of promise. Lap was suppose to launch products at Spanabis a few months ago. Nothing came of it. Lap is also suppose to have them involved in NV with some type of self-report research, but why or what if anything has come out of it in the past year is anybody's guess.
Maybe I forgot something, but those are the four legs I see them trying to run on.
