Dude... I never said anything about the CEO (I assume that is what you mean by "He"?)
I was just talking about the convertible notes in the fins... I do not place any blame on the new CEO for the prvious convertible debts... I just think it's messed up how the convertible debt holders are taking advantage of the new business model, which happens to be targeted toward non-profit and student fundraising initiatives. The note holders should be really proud of themselves (sarcasm).
