I'd like to make some requests to TheBane:

1. Why not put the financials out now. Bring out the bad news and let's move from there

2. Why not have another conference call? I miss the excuses about why things aren't working out. TheBane (in my opinion) loved to bloviate while the company was doing relatively well. All the mumbo-jumbo economics lessons (albeit very incorrect and quite incoherent) were more of a comedy act than a lesson.

3. Why not bring in somebody who knows what they are doing? You did ok building to a certain point. I think the company is now in a place that TheBane, nor Danny Alex can fix.

4. Time to give up on trying to finance your fame with other peoples' money. In my opinion, TheBane Danny Alex used millions of shareholder dollars to try and finance his fame. It didn't work...either as a country music singer or a CEO financed with other peoples' money. Shame, shame, shame. I think hollywood is looking for younger people...not some 60 year-old (In my opinion) classless CEO who blames shareholders for the failures of the company.

5. Buy those worthless trademarks back - At the same price that they were sold to the company.
