Here is the deal with any lawsuits that anybody thinks they might have against NRTI. Please read one of their filings 10k or annual or the prospectus, this is not a clown show. These documents were written specifically to protect the company against lawsuits, like people have been talking about. There is absolutely, no case against NRTI. The only hope anyone would possibly have is if a brokerage firm or a broker specificly sold you the shares. Which they didnt, we bought on our own free will not on the advice of a broker. So all the rants and raves about a lawsuit are just a bunch of back seat lawyers yapping. At least do a little bit of research on what it might take to file a lawsuit. In legal terms they call it precedence.
