(RIGH + Evergreen) = (Nothing plus Nothing) ...

Even a signed deal between Angel's RIGH and Brian Vecchio's Evergreen would be just a merger of two companies with virtually nothing but promises and dreams.

Anyone who's done their DD knows RIGH is a failed business, so I won't rehash that.

And Evergreen claims to have some sort of an agreement with Tommy Chong.

I suspect it's along the lines of "branding representative", a designation Tommy has been handing out like candy on Halloween.

(Candy edibles, of course!) wink

See:

Soren Holdings and Marketing, Inc. is one of Tommy Chong’s Brand Representatives and has considerable experience marketing, managing and promoting celebrity brands and their licensed products via social media and other channels...

So what would you get if RIGH and Evergreen actually teamed up?

Nothin' PLUS Nothin'! wink

Sadly, for current holders, it looks like all the hoopla about a relationshipwith Chong was just a (failed) attempt to bump up the PPS, presumably so more shares could be dumped on retail...

Hey... the last financials don't show a decrease in the Authorized Shares, so those 2 BILLION or so that RIGH supposedly bought back from Sal should be in RIGH'S treasury.

That would give RIGH plenty of shares to dump to unsuspecting newbies that might have been scammed by all the promotion surrounding the "Tommy/Evergreen" announcement.

And it WAS an engineered promotion. Starting from even before the silly "whale in a bathtub" PR.

Marijuana Company Bud Genius in Talks to Acquire High Profile Celebrity Product Endorsements
http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20141010005123/en/Marijuana-Company-Bud-Genius-Talks-Acquire-High#.VbpILvmrRdM

Bud Genius has the opportunity to become the only publicly traded company in the cannabis industry to profit from numerous agreements with smaller businesses nationwide looking to become a part of something bigger, and in the process gain access to resources previously available only to much larger corporations. Simply put, for Bud Genius, this could be like dropping a whale in a bathtub.

RIGHt through the drumroll on Angel's blog:

Unfortunately for RIGH, and for holders looking to exit at a somewhat higher PPS, RIGH's (and Angel's) credibility is shot.

Even gullible newbies weren't buyin' it.

I suspect the promotion was Taylor Moffitt's brainchild, but whatever- it flopped.

Best to all.
