the buy back was a carrot to pump the stock so that his collusion with MMs result into profit for him.. higher it goes more the MMs who are holding billions can dump into the pockets of gullible shareholders

with buyback at .01 there is no way this stock should have gone down and thats what reflect the true reality of this stock..
