Are you a Cerner shareholder? Sorry to ask, but you are the only person to ask about this and it would help to have some context. It is not a fake release, but it’s also not a joint release (so ‘we’ didn’t announce it). I don’t recall if we paid anything in this case, but if we did it was very immaterial to Cerner. As noted, the agreement is confidential so I can’t share what’s in it, but trust that we did it because it’s in the best interest of Cerner, our clients, and shareholders.
