They have posted financials. Here's their FQ3 quarterly report thru 4/30/15...

Since they did not have any revenue, I don't think they're required to file a formal 10-Q but they are considered fully reporting. Their next financial will be an annual report and they have 90 days from the end of their fiscal year on 7/31/15 to file it. That would put the deadline out to the end of October or early November depending on whether they file an extension. The next financial will probably also have little or no revenue based on what we know today. Consequently, it will probably be mid-December when the FQ1 report is filed before we can see any significant results.

This is why I'm cautious about recommending a buy right now. If it goes sub-penny again or there is more meaningful news (e.g. a partnership or acquisition or decent financing), it could change things. JMO
