How come no mention of how the talks of the JV promise by the end of June of this year and now the end of the year are going?
Yeah I know it must bt the same old quiet period rationalization bs that folks have assumed about important allegedly important negotiatons which are/were going on, none of which ever led to anything but just more failures on the part of this company.
Perhaps the 2019 disclosure was done out of necessity because the criticism of others that he is too aloof from shareholders.
If that is the case, great and one step anyways-a lousy and incompetent CEO has to crawl before he can walk.
