RED, and DAY'S LOW at $4.10 ????????????????

Looks like the $3's gonna hit real soon here IMO.

IS this the "big institutions buying" (the "list" thingy) or is this the "stealth buying by big firms" that is somehow done "before it makes real big moves up"??????????

Sorta confusing to me??? HOW does a stock make 52 WEEK LOWS (actually pretty close to ALL, ALL TIME LOWS) when supposed large net buying is supposedly taking place, LOL !!!!!!!!!

This stock is being SOLD and SOLD OFF, it's just that simple. It's dropped an enormous amount (30% plus drop near term, 45% or more from its OTC penny play days) and in just 70 days or so went from $7.50 or whatever to now barely holding $4 and a huge amount since the "big uplisting" thingy- that was supposed to send it to like $35 a share LOW END to as high as a "predicted" $240 a share or more, LOL !!!!!

WHAT exactly caused this to be $4 a share and not $35 to $240 IF supposed "big institutions are buying" it and all, LOL???????? Makes ZERO SENSE to me- none?

This stock is weak, is making new lows, is in a MAJOR unbroken down-trend with zero signs of a reversal. They're relatively cash poor compared to their high burn-rate and that's when NOT conducting or funding dime-one of a major phase II clinical trial(s), and their trials are LATE according to all their past vast "claims" and time lines once given, they have no products to sell and likely may never will, they have never gotten a single product ever approved by the FDA or similar regulatory agencies and have no track record at doing so- and would be likely 5 YEARS or more away IMO from doing so given that all they have right now is a tiny, micro sized phase I data set to go on that took um 5 YEARS to produce, and MOST drugs will fail in phase II by statistical odds, especially given a placebo control arm now being required- one that now must be "beat" statistically to show what they have even has real medical "efficacy" etc.

FREE FALL and massive selling/dumping here IMO. I think mostly linked to the low grade, warrant laced secondary they just did that got um a measly $30 million cash which is small potatoes in the bio-tech world and given their already high level of spending and big "C" level overhead bloat and high cash burn rate (about $25 million annual while running NO trials)- so this thing is gonna stay under huge down-side pressure here for a while IMO. Maybe a pop or two along the way- but I don't see a singly major catalyst they can produce in under a few years that will justify their market cap being much more than it is right now, if even justify the amount it is now???

This has been DEAD MONEY FOR YEARS- pull up a 3 yr or 5 yr chart and take a look at it- this thing has literally gone NOWHERE (except maybe down) for essentially ALL of the biggest bull market in world history, which is quite an amazing "accomplishment" to say the least.

HOW IS IT, that "if" this is "supposedly' the imaginary "biggest thing in medicine" to come along in like 100 yrs or whatever the numerous vast "claims" are that have been stated- HOW THEN is it possible they never, ever, ever attract any high quality, non dilutive, or non warrant laced low grade junk, or ANY OTHER type of major, high quality serious INVESTMENT MONEY or "smart money"???? I mean HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?? The greatest bull market in bio-tech history and the overall markets looks to be coming to an end, as we speak.

CAPITAL is only going to be harder to get, harder to raise from here on for years to come IMO. And OCAT missed the proverbial boat- they could not seem to "tap" that money/cash that was (past tense) flowing like literal water in these markets the past 5 or so years- why, why is that? NOW, raising cash will only get harder from here on going forward IMO. This market and the global markets are "drying up" and likely setting up for a big ole sell off- the Blue Chips will even get hit big IMO and the lower grade, cash poor, no product, no sales, no dividend companies like OCAT will get PLASTERED IMO if/when the major market sell-off/down turn hits. Not IF, just "when" IMO. Looking weak here IMO, extremely weak.

My $4 bucks and very small change worth
