I might also add Fiorina/Trump and Cruz/Trump, and I'd also include Walker in either role in any of the above formulations, but...lolollol, you know...The Donald just ain't Vice President material.
I am leaning more and more toward Trump, although any of SEVERAL from among the 16 who are now in-the-running, would be acceptable.
I noted that ALL THE talking-heads on today's morning-shows (save FOX)... to the near-exclusion of nearly everything else...were OBSESSED with the following ONE, SOLE issue(s) and question(s):
-- "What could conceivably happen to derail Donald Trump?"
-- "What would it take for Trump to lose his lead / to tumble / to crash / to drop out?"
-- "What would Trump have to say that will drive his Numbers down? / Drive him out of this race?"
-- "What can the other GOP Contenders do/say to diminish and/or end Trump's dominance?"
Friends, they are panicking. -- They're in full panic-mode.
They're DESPERATE! ("They" being the prevailing/predominant lamestream media.) They are throwing everything but the kitchen sink, and some of them already are grabbing that sink and are ready to hurl it!
The bought-and-paid-for Establishment (Political) Class -- both the media and pundits AND the Candidates themselves -- now know that they are in deep, deep doo-doo. The Consultancy Class, as well, is bereft of any way-or-means to address this (Trump).
Well I say, HOORAY! It's about time.
Addendum: Regarding the KY Man who shot-down the neighbor's nosy drone: He (the shooter) was entirely in the right. If I ever see a drone over MY property, DOWN it goes. ...And I don't care WHERE it crashes. The onus STILL lies with the drone's Owner/Pilot.
