Spoke with one of my Ohio cronies (also an Eco Safe FOLLOWER).He was in the Polaris location CHEESECAKE FACTORY (evidently a pretty fancy schmancy shopping area in Columbus ) As it was still lunch rush he didnt push the issue,but he did tell the shift mgr his interest in ozone and that he knew CF was having units installed and asked his opinion----THEY LOVE IT !!!!----NO SURPRISE !!!!!! Perhaps not the most scientific research---but something I call "DD"---First system-wide international restaurant chain install Ive heard of !!!!!!
