I have been around this company's stock for years now. Really like the company's management and believe this is one of the very rare "investable" penny stocks. They dont come around often. Not saying this is going to the moon, but its a penny stock where you can buy and hold waiting for results.

With that said, without a doubt there is some group or person who is systematically accumulating as many shares as possible at this level without breaking it out. The days when we had 300K+ on the ask in the upper .019s,,the ask would get hit for 100K, 200K and 50Ks. Then as soon as the ask got down to 68K, nothing. Now the ask downticks to 50K at .019 and 40K is taken but not all 50K to move the ask up.

This is incredibly bullish as 99.9% of the time in the penny stock world it works the other way around. Someone is trying to sell as much as possible without creating downticks.

Now i just wish the group or whomever it is will say "alright its held this support level long enough" and buy a measly 150K on the ask and take this to the breakout level of .021.
