Hi Everybody!

The question of the a-shares needs to be solved in order to attract institutional investors and to get the fundamentals in place to get adequate financing. I think we all pretty much agree on this.

What I would like to know is all of you long time owners perception of Solomons promises to us shareholders when it comes to his cancellation of common shares and switch to a-shares.

As I remember it Solomon cancelled his shares in solidarity with us shareholders because of the unexpected magnitude of the dillution that had taken place before his cancellation. His printing exceeded his communicated plans of financing through the printing of shares etc....

I´m interested in hearing your views on this subject since I feel those promises should be considered when we are looking for a solution that would please the market.
