AURYN is a privately and I assume closely held company and it should be easy for them to disseminate information to the few stockholders..

Why do they need an Investor Relations firm. I don't this is usual for this type of company.

They must have some plans for a public offering, or why else?

Like HR I will hang in for a while until and if the game plan plays out.
