Spoke with a few people today.. Not good for anyone who blindly signs on the dotted line imo.

I said this before... if I were a sole officer & director considering following the lead of another sole officer & director in a fight against shareholders, I would sure want to follow someone who knows what they are doing!

So Exobox went and sued every shareholder they knew who contributed funds for a lawsuit aimed at blocking an "improper" transaction ???

Well who the f*** funded Exobox in their lawsuit against shareholders? Hhhmmm??

But guess what.. I don't give a sh** about the Wizard of Oz. It's the guy whose signature is on the line that's going to take the blame for what happened imo. (and the guy before him).

I'm telling you, I truly believe someone is going to get convicted of crime here!!



Unjust enrichment? Self dealing? Breach of fiduciary duty? I believe that's a civil matter.

FRAUD ???? I think that's a criminal matter !!!!
