Interesting article but tha speculation around Oil prices in near future are out to lunch. Oil is being discovered at such a pace these days that low prices are here to stay in the foreseeable future. With global warming and so much ice disappearing it's only a matter of time befor absolutely Hugh discoveries are made in the Arctic. The States has a vast supply built up and can't buy any more as they don't have the holding facilities. Oil glut is here to stay and $80 Oil won't be seen in next decade IMO. Oil will be displaced as a fuel supply in the not too distant future, and I'm saying the next couple of decades.
