Speaking of bad actor rules
Peter may have become super quiet and resorted to tweeting the promotional stuff for a reason? Has it been 10 years since his felony conviction and sentencing and completion of felony probation, yet? Has he ever really applied to get the chill lifted? Peter Michaels claimed he had a lawyer on this....at least once....LOL Update at next shareholder meeting?

Quite interesting reading for CEO's and others with "voting power" based on ownership of common and/or supervoting preferred shares.
from earlier this month (July 21):
Specifically a covered person includes any beneficial owner of 20% or more of the outstanding equity securities of the issuer calculated on the basis of voting power. In the initial rule release, voting power was defined as the ability to control or significantly influence management or policies; accordingly, the right to elect or remove directors or veto or approve transactions would be considered voting (note that the threshold under Rule 262 of Regulation A and Rule 505 is 10% beneficial ownership) http://securities-law-blog.com/2015/07/21/sec-guidance-determining-voting-power-purposes-bad-actor-rules/#sthash.t9DzZsSB.dpuf
